Here we go…
I’ve always wanted to have a true blog…mostly just to be able to say I have one (not because I am a good wordsmith). I guess it’s a lofty goal, but I will strive for people to not only follow the blog on a regular basis, but also use it. And if you knew me, you would know, I do not like to fail.
Heres a few goals and guidelines for the
blog:
1-I would like this to be a hub of information for the Marcellus, Skaneateles, and the surrounding areas. A place where people can go to find information on a restaurant, a hiking trail, or even where to find job openings.
2-My hope is that I will be able to get information out on all the restaurants, shops, small businesses, and all other commerce forms in the region, and sort by category to make it extremely easy to use.
3-Mostly, I just hope to be able to write about my experiences in these towns as I realize how much they have shaped my life today. Most likely more therapeutic than interesting. But whatever.
Oh, and the blog is anonymous because it’s not about us, it’s about these towns. Plus, it’s more fun that way.
So here’s to hoping.
